Facelift Surgery
During the one-on-one consultation with our facial surgeon, it was decided the procedure that would provide the most pleasing outcome would be a lower facelift. Here you can see the positive effects of the surgery with reduced lines and wrinkles around the lower face and jawline.
Face & Neck Lift Surgery
This patient was seen for consultation as she was unhappy with the jowls, pre jowl sulcus (fold) and the loss of neck definition. She underwent a combined procedure of face and neck lift, with a submental incision (between chin and neck) which resulted in a good profile and natural looking unoperated outcome.
Eyelid Surgery – Blepharoplasty
Blepharoplasty, also known as Upper Eyelid Surgery, or Eye Lift.
Here our consultant facial surgeon performed upper blepharoplasty utilising the open sky technique to create excellent supratarsal fold (double eyelid). Here you can visibly see the improved appearance of the patients upper eyelid.

During the private consultation with this patient we discussed the presence of ageing and sun damage changes that were causing a variety of problems to the face and skin.
It was agreed the patient would undergo a combination of cosmetic surgery procedures including: upper and lower blepharoplasty, face and neck lift, and fat voluminisation. As you can see, the end result has greatly reduce the signs of ageing.

Lateral Brow Lift
This patient came to us as she did not like the hooding of the lateral brow and excess skin on the upper eyelid. She underwent a combination procedure of lateral brow lift and upper blepharoplasty.
This female patient had previously undergone a lateral brow lift, over 10 years ago, so this was a repeat procedure for her.

Prior to surgery, a complete medical diagnosis was conducted for the patient, to ensure Professor Ilankovan understood the exact issues associated with the patients' chin.
